These terms describe the basic conditions for using the Tripele website, application, and related services. By creating an account or using Tripele, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and making sure that people you add to your agency are authorized to use the service. Tripele may restrict access when necessary to protect users, data, or the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly based on the number of active users in your agency. Payment processing and subscription management are provided through Stripe. You may manage or cancel your subscription through the billing tools available in the application.
Your data
You remain responsible for the information you and your team enter into Tripele, including client and trip information. You agree to collect, use, and manage that information only when you have the appropriate authority to do so.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload harmful code, or use Tripele for unlawful activity. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Service changes and availability
We may update features, content, pricing, or availability as the product evolves. We work to keep Tripele reliable, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
